Are your ingredients safe for dogs?

Yes they are, we only use ingredients that are full of doggy goodness and 100% safe for your pet. Rest asured, all of our products are tested on our own family pooches and we would never give them anything unhealthy. Veggie, yes! A lot of our products are veggie. Our amazing team are working up some ideas for a Vegan menu, coming 2021.

Refund/replacement policy

We thrive on producing high quality bakery products using the best, dog safe, ingredients. If you are unhappy with the quality please let us know and we’ll do our best to replace the item.   We ship our orders via Royal Mail, as we feel this company offers the best service for our needs. If your order arrives later than expected please be aware that we will have posted on time and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please note that refunds can not be issued for items arriving later than expected.  If the order is extremely late and therefore passed its sell by date we will be able to happy to replace the order. Rest assured we take the matters of lateness very seriously and will do everything to rectify mistakes. Our full processing to delivery time: 4-6 working days.
